I am on an official trip, and writing this post sitting in the hotel. I had some issues last night and it was only because of Mr. Tapas (from Marketing), I stayed back at the hotel. And after that it was absolutely peaceful. Good place to stay with more personalized service, and value for money. Went to BBSR for business trip; Stayed at Suryansh for just one night but it was cozy and comfortbale. Check In process was smooth. Saw a lot of foreigners at the hotel..Its a nicely decorated reception and entrance area. Very traditional approach which is really good. Rooms were rightly sized so not very spacious! Service was good. Bathroom were little small in size but no complaints there. it was neat and clean.

The hotel seems to surprise in many ways. The decor is excellent but the service is crappy. The hotel is in strict need of upliftment as far as the hotel personnel is concerned. They are not rude or even discourteous but they don't know the nuances of hospitality.
